A special thanks to Sacred Mists Academy and Shoppe for Sponsoring this episode! Please see below for listener specials! What a week/year/four years! Never have we needed grounding and centering more than we do now. But does it mean to ‘ground and center’? Why is it important in Magick? Joi Bonman, Witch and self-care queen, joins us to talk about the necessity of grounding and centering, as well as its connection to self-care. Our apologies to Scorpios…we’re totally mean to you in this episode! Plus, Courtney reads Tarot for Hilary and Kanani using Rachel True’s True Heart Intuitive Tarot. A listener in the military wonders how can they maintain a consistent Witchcraft practice with a transient lifestyle, a conservative family, and no place to practice privately. Episode 47: Music Magick With Jenna Greene

What is music without Magick…or Magick without music? Emmy-nominated musician and Witch Jenna Greene brings us *NEW* music from her forthcoming album and talks with us about how everyone has a gift to bring to heal this world. We also discuss channeling power into our Magick through music and working with the Shadow. Courtney talks about what to do when your dog eats your Magickal supplies and Kanani reviews “Ever After” (with Soleil!). A listener is in a nasty custody battle over a small child and a psychic reader says it’s due to a curse on the family. What should the listener do (Spoiler feelings: We have ***FEELINGS*** about this issue)! “Faerie Queen,” “Mermaid Song (for Yemaya),” and “In The Twilight” performed and used with courtesy by Jenna Greene.

Our Guest Today

Jenna Greene, “The Greene Lady”, is a weaver of musical myth and magic. With a voice that is both ethereal and soulful, she sings of ancient lore, finding wonder and following dreams. She beautifully interlaces her Celtic, World Folk and New Age influences to create a presentation of haunting ballads, drum-driven dance tunes, lilting harp and mythic story. In 2019, Jenna was nominated for an Emmy in the category of Film Composer for her work on the short film “The Woodland Alchemy.” She has released five albums and is working on a sixth entitled Deeper Waters; a dark and dreamy collection of original mythic songs that explore shadow work and the element of water. You can find Jenna performing at Celtic, Cultural, Faerie, Goddess, Renaissance, Natural Living and Holistic Healing festivals.  She also performs for weddings and other special occasions. When Jenna is not performing, she teaches workshops on the healing powers of music and myth.  She is also a visual artist and costumer.  Her newest passion is embodying various goddesses through cosplay, representing curvy women.
